 Dear friends - I am so pleased to be able to offer this new music CD to you! Some of these songs are ones that I have sung in concert as I lead praise and worship, while others have simply touched my heart and spoken to me in a personal and special way. As alway, I'm proud to have my daughter Jessica singing with me on several songs. She has solo parts in "Use Me" and "A Dreamer's Heart", and is also in the background on several other songs. Jess and I have performed "A Dreamer's Heart" in concert on many occasions, and while Jess's college and work don't allow her to be able to do much singing these days, we did find time to get her in the studio, praise God! Thanks to our friend Kimber Mowery, who co-wrote "A Dreamer's Heart" and "For The Lord Is Good". A big thanks also to my friend Mark Nicholson, who wrote "How Long Must They Wait?" and allowed me to record it for this album. What a message in that song! And finally, a big thank-you to the girls at Heritage Photography in Glens Falls for their photography skills.
Along with Jessica, you'll hear the vocal talents of Eileen Hannay, Linda Lefurgey, Sue Pidgeon, Todd Andrews and Mark Collier singing many of the background vocal parts on this album. Thanks to all of them for a great job! Some other "friends" you'll hear on this album, as on my previous CDs, are my 1973 Fender Stratocaster guitar, and my Wurlitzer 200 piano and Yamaha SK-15 organ, both from the mid-70's.
As with my previous albums, I have included some of my original songs: "More Like Jesus" and "Jesus, We Lift You Up" are lively, uplifting praise and worship songs, and I pray that people will start singing them in churches in their praise to God. I also wrote "It's Not Goodbye", which I hope will give comfort to those grieving the loss of a loved one who has passed on. (I'd love to hear Josh Groban sing that one!)

4.In All Things - Originally by The Goads, this song reminds us that in good times and bad, we are to give thanks in ALL things! (Thanks to select members of the Hudson Falls UMC choir for singing on this song, and several other songs on the album!)
5.Light A Fire In Me - written by MARK NICHOLSON.
6.My Friend Jesus - also written by Paul. An important message if you need a Friend!
8.You Raise Me Up - first popular sung by Josh Groban, performed here by Paul & Jessica!
9.Each Road Leads To You - another of Paul's originals.
11.One Step Closer - another song about God's guidance in our lives, written by Paul.
12.Spirit Song - a wonderful song inviting Jesus to "come and fill Your lambs", with the HFUMC choir.
13.Benediction - a musical version of the Irish Blessing, sung here by Jessica (in an arrangement inspired by Kimber Leigh Mowery, on her album "A Dreamer's Heart")
