Hey folks. This is Bruce and for those of you who joined Music Forte in the last few months, I was the first and original host of Forte Cast, (back then it was called Music Forte Radio). I also brought podcasting to Music Forte as well.

The purpose of this post is to once again say hello and confirm that Greg Percifield has asked me to come back.

A little about myself: I am a jazz sax player, www.musicforte.com/member/brucechambers and I own the Long Island Podcast Network at www.lipodcastnetwork.com - This web site has over 10 shows in unsigned music, health, sports, restaurant reviews, real estate listings, and we have a great hip hop artist doing the local news every day.

If some of you remember, Greg P and I cohosted two shows and we had specialized shows called "The Women of Music Forte" and others.

My biggest supporter was Reconsiderate, Natalie Nicole, and my good friend Ethereal, and others.

I also had the pleasure of hanging out with Greg P at the SEO conference in Chicago last December. We had a blast.

We'll be starting the new podcasts soon!

I never thought as a former network tech I would say this, but I don't get it.

Why podcast? I'd certainly like someone ELSE to help me do this cuz it seems like a huge pain in the a$$.

While I value anything that can get my name out there, I'm lost as to the value of podcasting. Is podcasting necessary to put yourself on internet radio...is that what internet radio IS? I've always assumed online radio was the same as streaming which really isn't anything more that downloading and listening to a recording at the same time.

Depending on what type of music you want to play, I'd like to offer couple if possible -- "When She's Gone" and "Lost Souls." I'm not sure how many would be interested in these, but just thought I'd offer them.
