Hi Noel, I don't have a clue how to convert files to mp3
if you could send me an email explaining how I would
really appreciate it.

I have to admit there is a lot of stuff on here and it may take some time to find my way around but I'm game.

Hi Everyone,

I haven't tried the forum here yet, so thought I'd stop by and say "hi". My music sounds a bit like PJ Harvey or The Cure, with some Stooges thrown in. I guess i echo what most folks are saying here, that I'd like to increase my circle of musicians and music found through the internet, and I'd like to gain more exposure for my music as well. I think music forte is great, and I've met some talented people here, from all over the world!

I released an EP last year, and welcome your reviews of my songs if any of you have a moment. I toured through Europe in March, and then we just went into the studio and recorded eight more songs, so I'll have some new stuff up soon.

So, yeah, why am I here?

I got invited about a month ago by an acquaintance from another
company (not a music one), and I was, well, sort of on the fence about
the whole thing. Then I thought maybe I'd check things out; I was
almost sure it sounded interesting, but still on the fence...but as I
said somewhere or another, the music speaks for itself. And that's
what got me off the fence (well, that and it's not comfortable with a
fencepost sticking up your but...)

Anyhow...I only play with musical instruments now and again. Calling
me a musician would certainly stretch a definition to
breaking. However, I'm real good at playing the stereo, and I love
music. The past few years have seen me gravitating more to indys and
small labels, away from the big, cookie cutter, talent optional
majors. A perfect fit? You betcha! Now I just have to show this to my
musician friends Smile
