I had the privilege of playing a set at the Handle Bar and Grille in Longwood last week and would like to pay tribute to host Mama Chris who was outside to meet me with a big hug when I arrived after the taxi got lost along the way (don't they always!).

I met some great new friends including Big Mac and resident artists of Dreams The Bad, Lil' Laura and 7.

It was the first outing for my new Ibanez guitar which I bought at George's Music in Orlando with the sage advice of Christian Schabacker who I subesquently found was the manager and has assisted many musicians in Florida and around the world with new equipment.

My song Another Stretch in Iraq went down really well with the locals and especially Big Mac an ex Dessert Storm vet who's son is on his way back to Iraq after some R&R in Hawai, who came up to the stage to thank me for thinking of them, which was very special for me.
