i'm really liking a lot of bands right now but two that stand out a lot is Just Off Turner & Beat Union

both wayyyy so different, I know, but both are amazing for their genres.

Just got a ton of CDs from some friends. Over the past couple of months. Razz

Some I'm enjoying:

Singulary by Mae (yes, I'm embarassed that it's emo, but, hey. There's some good rhythms and song structure in here.

Some CD (whatever it's called) by Grand Buffet (underground hip hop at its finest! get this CD!!)

Straight Outta Lynwood by Weird Al. White & Nerdy, Virus Alert, Trapped in the Drive thru? Doesn't get much better than this, folks.

I'm really really digging this band called Cold Driven right now. They're a Canadian rock group (I think from BC) and I think they're awesome! They're song "Sweet Lies" is the current 'can't get this song out of my head'!

Hey!

Currently I'm loving jimmy Bowskill. He's an amazing blues singer and he's only 17! Hard to believe when you hear him sing. He's playing at the Big Music Festival in Belleville on june 21st and sharing the stage with a bunch of other awesome musicians. Including the tragically hip! I'm definitely gonna check that out and i'm SUPER excited!!! I definitely suggest you give him a listen!
