New here, and new song

hey guys. I just came across this forum and registered. I've been trying to get into writing lately, and have been searching for a place where people can help me through the process.

the song is in my profile - its still unfinished. I have yet to add the second verse and bridge, but any feedback is appreciated.

Not bad. The intro verse was a little short... was expecting another few measures, but that's my b for having expectations. Seemed a little like the lyrics themselves had more than one focus... like an ellipse instead of a circle.

The execution was solid, though.
