We're ready to begin our radio station now. As we kick it off, we will be limiting the number of listeners (only until we're sure we have a smooth broadcast).

It is undecided at this time if the show will broadcast 24 hours or at specific times, but it will be broadcast in real-time, simply meaning the show doesn't start at the beginning each time you tune in.

There are some sample songs that ARE currently playing. This does not follow the format of the show, but should give you a chance to test that it will work.

Want your music to be played?
The requirements are pretty simple and for the time being it is open to everyone. However it will likely be for upgrade members only at the point that it's really kickin'!

Here's what to do:

1. Upload a 30 to 60 second intro (no longer and no shorter) to your account. The intro should talk about you, your song, or band. Be interesting and fun!! But be respectful to young listeners. Please refrain from foul language or topics that belong on Howard Stern. Do not advertise other websites.

2. Reply to this post, and let us know which song should play, and what the intro is titled as in your playlist.

We will then put the two together, so that your intro airs just before your song.

How about a listener counter?
Maybe some program guide (list of song/artist)?
Who is included? Japan, gold, free ?

When will it be up and running? An estimated guess is fine.

I would suggest a playlist so that people can tell their friends and fans when they can listen in. Also play by genre, especialy if you are doing intrerviews etc. Maybe an hour at a time for each genre.
