heres the story behind the song:

I work at the Boy and Girls Club in my town.. and there was a little boy who would come in, and was in my lil group.. his name was Albert, he was 6 years old... a few weekends ago... albert was on his way home from sea world... it was doring a really bad Rain storm.. and the driver lost control and slid to the other side of the road.. getting into a head on collision.. and young albert was thrown threw windshield, killing him....

this boy really touched my life...so i wrote this song. called "Between a Devil & a Deep Blue Sea" see what u think

"Between A Devil & A Deep Blue Sea"
As sneaky as the hands on a clock
That won't move untill you turn your head, and walk away
And when you do, time never seems to stop, and your mid way threw the day

Quite like a buss full of students
stopped at a railroad crossing
The driver opens the door,
to see if there is any trouble comming
Like cancer, roting your flesh
They'll put you on meds
that can turn out to be the real cancer in the end

(curtian)

But oh no, the pavement is slippery when wet
and if your betting on the breaks you can just forget it
oh, the sound the steal, the flesh on the wheels
my baby thrown threw the windshild, face first,
stright into the back of a herse,
i'll drop you a rose, and well never forget you

"But when I age, will i even remember?"
"you, or my what my mirror used to bring?"

Al, you will never feel the pain, of your first heartache
The sound of the bells, as you and your wife are made mates
not the wisper of your son, or the kiss of your daughter
you lost your life to the barrel of a gun of water

your in peace, I'm me in pieces

Al, I'll see you soon
you're not missing much, down here
your better off without the moon
and the only son you need
is holding your hand
