Get a kitchen timer and cover as many topics you can in one day. Do 15 mins of each....you'll avoid feeling overwhelmed more often. Try it!

rofl, sam. i don't know what fiddle tunes is talking about either, but we can probably apply it to song writing. put on the kitchen timer and jot down a zillion ideas for a song / album, stream - of - consciousness style.

kind of basic, but it definitely works. you can force yourself come up with some pretty wild stuff. Very Happy
