Right you are, J. Patti LaBelle & The Bluebelles was their second incarnation before LaBelle. However, Cindi left for the Supremes before the LaBelle days.

Which song has the unique distinction of having charted on 3 different occasions covering 2 1/2 decades? And, it was the very same recording each time.

I think I'm going to have to do some research on this one as the uk hits are different to the US and I wouldnt know if they are the same recording or original. Ive narrowed it down to two 'youre always on my mind' and 'I cant help falling in love with you'

I presume now it's something very american -a patriotic song -thats come out in bad times like 9/11 but I dont think its God Bless America. Maybe its a charity song. I can't afford another sleepless night , I need plenty of beauty sleep to catch up:!:
