her head bent down eyes staring at the ground
the thrashed chuck taylors drag across the floor
embarrasment for everyone around

shes carried onto the 21st platform
the 21st platform at central station
he knees buckle and she hits the cold tiles
she falls down, friends shut their eyes in frustration

happy with how it started but it got s*** from there
was alrite for a bit but became the shape of a pear

they need some water to sober her up
they pour it in her mouth but she spits it out
she turns her head, her sister holds her jaw
what she couldn't hold is coming out her mouth

a stranger comes over to lend a hand
he gives his newspaper to clean her up
boyfriend's stressing over his dirtied attire
they keep giving her water but she wont sup

their train pulls into the 21st platform
shes lifted from the floor into the carriage
flops in the seat, the driver opens his door
he doesn't want to smell it for the next 3 hours

train stops, they're arrived at their destination
they heave her off and into the dark streets
she falls and lies down on the sullen ground
she yells that she wants to sleep for 4 minutes

they all get her home, the night is still fresh
she lies on her bed but falls asleep on the couch
everyone else in too drunk and tired to care
they quickly fall asleep in a drunken slouch
