As I recall, that video was in the Hugh Grant / Drew Barrymore movie that was called, to my aging memory, Words and Music. It was about an aging 80's pop star trying to make a comeback. I really enjoyed the movie and thought the video was very funny and spot on, as Hugh Grant might say.
