One CHOICE??????? Man, that's impossible, everyone from Bad Company, to Robert Plant, to Dave Mustaine, to the guy from Steelheart who sang like he had his balls in some vicegrips.............
Too many good ones out there, even ol' local boy, Alice Cooper can blow doors off when he wants to, there are simply too many of them.
LaJon from Sevendust, there's one off of the beaten path. The guy from Papa Roach, KILLER voice, Children of Bodom, anyone? Lacuna Coil? David Lee Roth? Sammy Hagar? Gary Cherone? (even though the last two BECAME Van Halen singers....) Frank Zappa? Neil Young, Geddy Lee? Ronnie Van Zant? (Play some SKYNARD, man!) Brad Delp? Chad Kroeger? Lemmy? Rammstein? Kevin Martin (Candlebox)? Scott Jones (Caroline's Spine) ? Adam Clark (EgoPool)? Billy Hensley (The singer from my former band, Counter Culture)? Chris Cornell? King Diamond? Blackie Lawless from WASP? The dude from KROKUS ? Both Robs (Halford and Zombie) ? Bret Michaels ? Good singer, gotta admit.... David Coverdale? Mike Tramp? Kip Winger? Anne AND Nancy from Heart? The guy from Green Jelly? Zac Maloy? Roger Hodgson? Rick Davies ? Greg Lake? Robin Tyner? Danny Joe Brown?
I could span the last 40 years with greats. Depends on the criteria. All of those are the greatest. Love 'em all. |

Let's see here.....
Lead singer - Satan (Ya know he'd be sweet, plus, if you saw the South Park movie, the dude can sing.....)
Lead Guitar - Dimebag (he's already up there, so God wouldn't have to pay airfare.)
Rhythm Guitar - EASY. Scott Ian. He's been with the same band for 20-some odd years, ya know he would stick around.
Bass - FLEA! FLEA! FLEA! (hmm hmm heh heh hmm FLEA!)
Drums - Neill Peart, but ONLY if he'd play a straight freakin' riff and leave the prog alone. Otherwise, I'd just program it myself and stick a mannequin back there to look cool.
That would be a KILLER sound, man. |
