A lot of people want to call my recordings "avant garde" or "experimental" or whatever, but the truth is that I'm just giving you something interesting to listen to. I know you're bored with the radio, and you're ready to hear something different... well, my music is just what the doctor ordered. It works wonders for me, and as you can see from the quotes above, it's a good remedy for other people out there too.

A frank and invincible rebuttal to the unreasonable and primitive antagonists out there. Assuming the form of an essay/poem, delivered in a rhythmic and rhyming manner.

Busy Boss
What my boss would say if she were totally honest with me. That wouldn't be very sophisticated of her though, so we're going to have to beat around the bush for a while.

Completed Task
Another example of how I'm gravitating toward live-sounding instruments in my mixes. This particular song makes use of some fast "guitar" playing. Quite pleasant and entertaining, if you ask me.

The Moons of Jupiter
Solid instrumental written in the standard Reconsiderate minimalist style. Heavy beats, some nice synths (the big selling point for me) and much, much more.

Don’t Fight It
You’ll like this one. The lyrics, aimed at evoking a sense cosmic of understanding, have a lot of consciousness and metaphysical reasoning in them. Here’s a sample: “Don’t you know that molecules tell you what’s going through your head? Three dimensions give rise to expression.” 7/4 timing to keep things interesting. G# major.

Just Be
Banishing those meddlesome sinners. Based on Taoist principles and an old quote that goes something like this: “Original sin is mankind’s tendency to believe there is something wrong with God’s creation. He distances himself from the problem and tries to ‘fix’ it.” While programming this one, I set the time to 5/4 and broke up the measures into triplets (rather than quarter notes). In E augmented, it’s pretty wild. Definitely check it out.

Well I didn't get a message but I did listen to Turn for the Better and it works now but I only listen to a little bit of it. Does it have words later ?

Well you see I'm more into words so that maybe why I like This Unit is Malfuctional better but if there are words later in the song I'll go back and check it out.

I took a listen but the first song kept cutting up...? I like what I can hear though Make it your own and don't be shy about staying in this or that genre. The music inside of you is the harmony that we hear out here, so my only advice is to make it you own by really letting yourself go. Be free to be yourself kk

Don't underestimate what people can understand. I think a lot of people can understand unconventional music. They might not like it, but they can understand it.

I think it's probably like putting ketchup on a banana. Some people love it, but larger groups of people are grossed out at even the sight of it! I love bananas with ketchup by the way and I love the music of Reconsiderate as well!

For a lot of us that push the boundaries of popular music, I think that's why we do it! If the music we did were the norm we'd be doing something else!
