I wonder if anyone has heard the recent Levon Helm Band, and his Midnight Ramble Sessions. There's two volumes out and available here:

I've heard some of the songs there, and Sammy Davis is on both volumes. They're filled with blues and folk tunes. One of my favorite songs from one of the volumes is "The Battle Is Over." I think this is the first song where Levon is finally able to sing AGAIN and do an awesome job!! I lvoe his voice. For anyone who doesn't know, Levon had came down with Throat Cancer in 1997, got 28 radiation treatments, and now he can sing again! It's just phenominal!
