It's happens all the time, you go to a show, you only know one band, you leave loving all of them, you buy the CD and some other merch and you PREACH to your friends about how great these bands are.
So I wanna know: Who have you fell in love with and why?

Me?

All-Time Low, This Providence and Brighten.
At A Cute Is What We Aim For show.
These bands are amazingly great and actually did better than the headlining band. Not only that, but these kids are ULTRA attractive and have great voices and charisma. They are great to the fans and have awesome Merch.

The Graduate
At a Mayday Parade show, they did soo good, they sounded better than all of the other bands, had better merch, nicer people and were cuuter.
Not much more to say.

These are the ones I feel the most attatched to.

Tell me about yours.

I saw both Brett Dennen and State Radio as openers at two different shows and loved both of them.

Of course Tool. But I'm getting over them now. They broke my heart. Razz

Trouble coming up with other bands right now... but I can tell you that I'm really loving this CD Singularity by Mae. I listen to it, and I think: "Man. Just when I thought rock music was dead. It's so vibrant!"

Now if only they'd pay me for promoing them like that, lol.

Oh, I guess I "PREACH" a bunch of indie bands in The Library section of my website (<-- click). There, I keep a tally of some interesting things I've come across, including links to free indie music downloads and a bunch of other stuff that's worth your while too. I update the list once every two months or so.

I wouldn't say that I'm exactly in love with all that stuff, but it's all stuff that I feel deserves attention. Besides, I also want to promote the idea in people's heads that it's a good thing to download music off the internet. This will help to usher in the new age of music distribution. (We'll work out the logistics later. For now, let's just get people downloading.)
