That's good advice. We are fairly new to Twitter, but growing rapidly. Once we get over 1,000 followers, I'll feel like we accomplished a small milestone.

I often tweet in a similar manner. The URL I provide is to a forum post, and I tweet the question. But I've found so far in all cases, that I will receive replies, but not in the forums. The replies always seem to be back to my Twitter account.

Which gets me to thinking about forums again. Many say that it is merely a fad of Internet history. Others say, that it is there only for long-tail SEO benefit. I don't know.

I think forums are a good place for discussion but ultimately it will be completely reliant on how many people want to participate.
