-(((1991)))- at age 9 John took an interest in keyboards and would play for fun. -(((1997)))- At 15 he took interest in forming a band at this time he wanted to learn to play guitar. His parents purchased one for him and he started to play. He wanted to form a band. His friend joined and they started "Necrophiliac" Inspired by bands like Type o negative Rammstein, and Marilyn Manson. They took band photos and soon decided there was no way to record. They quit the band. -(((2000)))- John now 18, Purchased a cheap tape recorder and started to record. With no instruments he sang for backing tracks. He recorded a few songs and the tapes are forever lost. -(((2002-03)))- At 20 years old he formed "Digital Minds"...Joined by Asha Firecrow and Rick Ryker. Soon after a demo tape they searched for a guitarist with no luck, they broke up, with only two songs. -(((2004)))- John started the project "Amoryth" and recorded his first cd "UNHOLY". With the songs on the net he had a small following. -(((2005-06)))- He recorded a few tracks but no cd. -(((2007)))- With Amoryth back into the scene he made 3 follow up cd's "Rusted Glass", "Industrial Winter", and "Children of eden". All with a new following and good response. He now begins his toughest project a gothic romance cd called "Heaven Cries". |
