Crazy Russian Canadian. Anastasia writes her own music loves reading everything! Books magazines, brochures, newspapers and everything else that's readable playing the piano and many many other things.

A huge step towards reducing pollution is transportation. I don't drive - so that's covered but what about those huge trucks and even bigger planes that transport all those food items to the grocery store from which I shop? Well aparently 80% of tomatoes are picked while they're green - which is a scary thought. They should be picked when they're red. And it's not hard to grow tomatoes so here is a challenge to eat as much stuff as possible that's MOSTLY or COMPLETELY from your local farms. Try it out. You're helping yourself and all those sick kids with asthma.
