David Vida is the moniker of David Bohorquez. His first project was under the guise Geisha Groupie which received resounding recognition within the anti folk community of Toronto Ontario.
In 2007 Dave Vida moved to Los Angeles California to work on his second album "Will There Be Hope For Gorilla". This Album is said to have a stronger more mature quality that breaks away from the days under the Geisha Groupie name.
