Started playing bass as a teenager and will never forget my first band.
Caldwell Crossing (catchy name huh?) We played all the Beatles songs that didn't have a lead guitar ride but we had fantastic vocals.
I am still close friends with all those great guys. (I love ya Bert)
Later on I went on the road with a Vegas Style Show Band in the 70's called Flyer / Frankie Cashmere & the Sweaters.

Eventually wound up back in my home area of Birmingham AL and had a couple of bands of my own then retired from music in 86 not to pick it back up till 2003 when I bought a keyboard and started writing and arranging again. I'm not much of a keyboardist but I'm working hard to improve as the years go by. (just not as quick at picking things up as I once was...hehe)
That brings us to the present. I recently (Feb. 12 07) uploaded my latest song ---Two Candles ---. It is my first since I started using Pro Tools LE. I do all pre production on my lil Yamaha PSR 1000 then dump each track into Pro Tools and see how much I can screw it up...LOL.
Aside from friends and family music is and allways will be the most important thing in my life. As a matter of fact it is because of Music that I have had the opportunity to make a lot of those friends.
I look forward to getting to know the people here on Mf and hopefully add to the list of friends that I already hold dear to me.
Anyway Thanks a Bunch for stopping by and if you enjoy my music let me know and tell all your friends.
