Formed in 1990 in Provo, Utah by Dan-(vocals, guitar) Dave-(bass) Mars-(guitar) and Sam-(drums)

As of March, 2005 the Poets have reunited with the following lineup: Dan (vocals, guitar) Sam (drums) Mars (guitar) and Russ (bass)

A new album is currently in production.
