Influences
|
The music that we compose is to make people feel good and positive inside, we sing about life and realistic issues around the world but with a positive twist through the melody. Our influences for playing music ranges from the Spanish- classical guitaring from Latin- America to the licks from blues masters like B.B. King and Eric Clapton. We use multiple beats so that each of our songs sounds and feels different, so we are open minded to the rhythms and beats from around the world. Our inspiration consists of the off- beat in reggae to the deep bass and the basic 4-4 beats in R “n” B and hip- hop, therefore we can not put our music under a particular type of genre or style. What influence us to play the music that we play and sing about are the global issues that have been happening since the early twentieth century. To the great lyricist such as Peter Tosh and Lucky Dube to the more modern and well known bands like Audioslave, Rage Against the Machine and John Butler Trio only to name a few, these people/ bands influence us to write meaningful and up-lifting music. We compose our own music and sing about the issues of today.
We are the Angels of Fire - passionate about the issues and
passionate about the music. We use music to uplift and to
promote the positives in life - to bring a message of hope.
We have looked to the great lyricists Peter Tosh and Lucky
Dube to Audioslave, Rage against the Machine and the John
Butler Trio and drawn inspiration from them. We love our
music which cannot easily be classified as a particular genre
or style. Our influences are many from the Spanish classical
guitar style of Latin- America to the licks of the blues masters
such as BB King and Eric Clapton. Our inspiration comes from
the off-beat reggae to the heavy bass and basic 4-4 beat in
R'n'B and Hip-Hop. Drawing on these and on a range of
rhythms from all corners of the globe we are able to use
multiple beats in our songs so that each one is unique.
We bring you Angelic Melodies.............We bring you Fire and
Passion
We bring you the Power of Music
