b>Astrolectrix</b></b> is a techno/industrial/trance band straight out of nowhere in Ontario Canada. The band started as a joke trying to make retro-futuristic electronic music but soon that all changed and the current sound of Astrolectrix was created. Most of the music is inspired by lack of sleep plain and simple. Raid is an insomniac and in his caffeine fueled daze he creates the more schizophrenic industrial songs while the others are inspired by favorite songs from the past. Astrolectrix may be a techno band but it is also an experiment trying to find a unique sound compared to countless other electronica projects through unique melody and simplicity. The only true objective of this band is to bring this music to the listener and to hope that they will enjoy it as much as the creators do...

<b>Bit </b>- Is the programmer and computer whiz he does everything Raid cannot do or even comprehend. He is the web designer programmer, graphic designer and occasional vocalist of the group it may seem he isn't part of the music but without him none of this would be possible all of the lovely work on the web pages is his doing and his inspiration and guidance are essential to Astrolectrix.

Having played keyboard since before he can remember the guitar didn't seem enough he had to get back to his roots. Now after years of musical experience and venues with other bands he is finally breaking out into the electronica genre venturing to find a new sound...
