Hi my name is Bradley and I'm a vocalist. have been since I was five. My first performance was an unplugged karaoke to "Swing Low Sweet Chariot" by Johnny Cash. I performed it for my mom and Grandma whilst standing upon a chair in my room.
My introduction into heavy metal was cemented in by the likes of John Kay at the tender age of seven. I also began playing guitar at that time too.
Then I graduated onto things like "Joy to the World" and other songs of that era and once I started school I got involved in chorus or whatever gay name they're using nowadays for it - glee choral, something like that. Bad Bad LeRoy Brown Wildwood Weed, Hooked on a Feeling that kind of stuff.
At 15yrs old I joined my first rock band - Angel Duster. We sucked!
Since then I've been in all kinds of professional projects doing all kinds of styles and genre's since.
I'm currently the singer for the hard rock band "Oceans Apart", and I'm available for independant recording/session work as well on a case by case basis - I have no issues with crossing genre's so if you're doing some kinda 'Billy Holliday' sort of thing look me up k?
I like chick bands. I like sappy love songs. I like Motown R&B, and Soul. I like punk. I used to like to kick the s*** out of punks back in 1981 or so. Even then I liked their music. I like "Hevy Metel Deth Rock" (sic). I like old time jazz and even ragtime. I love (LOVE) the blues. Country makes me vomit and I don't like hippity-hop neither no-how.
I love Michael Schenker Uli Roth, Glen Tipton, Alex Lifeson, Angus, Randy, Jimi, Janis, Bon (God Bless Bon Scott f***!) Bonham, Freddy, Billy Holiday, Jimmy Reed, and a bunch of other legends that are either dead or living and I like my music the best coz it makes me feel good when I do it. I don't like Jim Morrison and I don't know why - honest.
I'm a lifetime member of the Steppenwolf fan club and I perform cunnilingus on occassion.
My biggest vocal influences are probably Vincent Furnier (That's Alice Cooper y'know ;) ) David Bowie, John Kay, Freddy Mercury, Ann & Nancy Wilson Billy Holiday, Phil Mogg, Martha Davis (Hey just saw the Motels here in Capo Beach about two months ago - she's f*** awesome!) and Janis Joplin.
