At the early age of seven Demico first caught a glimpse of his future when watching Micheal Jackson’s “Thriller” for the first time on MTV. Demico began to sharpen his ability to create music.
At that time he was in a group that consisted of two artists; one rapper and one singer/rapper. Demico not only contributed to the group as just an artist he also produced the tracks. By this time Demico was forced to fend for himself leaving his mothers care at the age of 16. His dream then slowly faded as things started getting rough. He then found shelter with one of his closest friends and put the music on back burner.
As things started to look more promising he started recording at a private facility in Southridge California. He then started to sharpen his knowledge about the structure of a good song. Through the years he obtained the ability to write produce and even engineer his works. After writing and recording over a hundred songs and performing at various venues including the B.E.T. Block Party in the summer of 2005 with Def Jam recording artist “Durtee 3” along with “P.Diddy’s” recording group “B5”. He has also shared the stage with artists in the Hip Hop world such as “E40”.
Demico is now ready to complete his first album. Working with producers “Eric King” and “THE MACK” (Stereotypes) that has contributed to hits for Tyrese Ginuwine, 2pac, Marques Houston, Omarion and many more. He is confident that success will come his way.
