When Donna Mae saw Judy Garland sing live, that was it for her.
Her father saw the unique talent she had and nutured it both in her singing which is sexy sultry and sensational, in her writing and she can ballroom dance pretty good too., |

This demo has six originals on it and some old familiar standards and she is registered with Socan Canada., |

The demo is available to order through HMV # OSNB1
It can also be ordered for resale through Lauren at www.indiepool.com
Donna Mae has only a limited number of Demos left and is hoping to find some seasoned musicians and engineers who will help her produce this album to the best it can be.
Record companies say "the songs are passable and she can sing" . They haven't helped this far, perhaps because she is giving half of the money away it would not benefit them financially to help her.
She won't stop as like she says "Togther we MAKE a difference!

Donna Mae started singing at the age of 7 or 8 and took singing lessons and evey other lesson like tap jazz et cetera. Her father was a ballroom dancer so she took that path for many years. Donna Mae then decided to make an album for cancer research as she is a cancer survivor and has watched some of her closest friends die from cancer. A few engineers and musicians along with her vocals and arrangements did a demo album entitled :Old Standards No Boundaries, which was released as a demo unfinished but a good album to bring hope to her dear friends to show them that her nine years of self funding this album was going to continue until she can raise enough funds for cancer researchers to find the cures to this disease sooner rather than later.
This album gives every one who buys it a chance to invest in themselves in their loved ones and in strangers. They also receive a good album with a lot of heart.
Donna Mae is giving 50% of the profits from her album to cancer research. If we all did that cancer would be histroy as how many cars can one drive or need?
Donna Mae hates greedy people and people who dismiss rather than listen (as it takes less effort) she calls it selfishness.
Donna Mae for the past ten years has been for the most part home bound due to being stalked as she reported a child abuser to police not knowing the police are friends with the child abuser and since 1997 has been forced underground.
Through all these adversities she has written 8 original songs has published a book and writing another.
Donna Mae is a full time volunteer doing funraising events to raise money for cancer research through her projects of music and books.
Donna Mae is a grandmother of four!
