For more than a decade Saxophonist/Composer Evan Tate has been an in-demand session musician featured with such formations as the "Munich Saxophone Family" Joe Malinga's "Southern Africa Force" Hermann Breuer's "Blue Bone" Joris Dudli's "New York Propjekt" and "Funktett" Wolfgang Schmid's "Manaus", "The New Doug Hammond Trio" "Legacy" and the "Manhattan Symphony Orchestra". Evan has also lead his own projects "Evan Tate Unit" "Spherical" and "Hittin' Hard". Evan Tate has also made appearnces in Austrian and German radio concerts.
Evan Tate was schooled at New York's famous La Guardia High School of the Arts and the Manhattan School of Music where studied under the Master-Teacher Dr. Joe Allard and privately with Steve Grossman.
Since 1993 Evan Tate is an Endorser for Julius Keilwerth saxophones. |
