Evin started out singing with his sisters in a local gospel group called The Gibson Singerst. Known for the tight harmonies and unique blend The Gibson Singers, toured the east coast performing with many gospel greats. All though Evin loved working with his family Evin would also wow and win crowds participating in local talent shows. Eventually Evin moved to North Carolina where he worked closely with upcoming independent artists writing and arranging songs. All in the same while he performed at local showcases in the North Carolina area.
Before long he was discovered and offered the lead role in a play entitled Dr. Love. At this point Evin was introduced to something new to him called acting. After touring and receiving rave reviews as Nate in Dr. Love Evin began to focus on his first love of music. He worked exclusively with Ike-G (producer) and his best friend (Altrell co-writer) to produce the unique CD The Floor. The Floor became instantly spotted internationally and opened many doors for Evin. His voice over mellow Pop and R&B tracks was a sound that was sensational. Through the success of The Floor Evin has been making moves and opening for many acts. Alongside performing and singing Evin also made cameo in independent films such as S&S for StricklyProlific Entertainment . Also Evin stars in two successful independent films LOVEHURTS written by Vaughn and his SUPASTARISH in which he wrote. Evin looks to landmark the history of the music industry. He is already a complete package and looks to display his talent throughout the world. Evin's current effort produced by newcomer Sean for Seanonmusic is a mixture of raw soul with some unique and catchy melodies. As his music continues to grow so will his star throughout the world. |
