About Hesterman

Six childhood friends converged in the basement of Gearhead Auto in January of 2006 for some free-form sessions. For months the boys threw down stories musical sketches, various wrenches, car lifts, and ingested motor oil. What spawned were the 13 prairie-rocksongs on the self titled album Hesterman. The sound of Hesterman is filled with stories of youthful ambitions and a decade of overindulgence in all things pure mystical and forbidden. The beats drive the sounds weave, and the result is something soulfully neoteric. You can find Hesterman in Chicagoland bars or music clubs . . .either drinking or playing. . .usually both.
