Some acquire the skills of spitting lyrical rhymes and then there is Kamui {Cam-We}”The Chosen One.” Kamui was born with the natural ability to mesmerize an audience with the gift of spitting lyrical science.
Kamui’s uninhibited lyrics bring to the industry songs that are free from bondage insecurity and uncertainties. While his music boundaries are unrestricted one cannot help but notice that this artist’s music is very much inspired by a rebellious mind. Like a breath of fresh air this emcee/ co-producer of “5.19”
/Songwriter Kamui adds a certain kind of coolness that exemplifies where
he is creatively in his career.
Through intricate lyrics accompanied by explosive tracks Kamui shows that there is definite power in words. Each song tells a story of trials and
tribulation gone through as a result of refusing to allow anyone or anything
to interfere with his dream and determination of making it.
This New Jersey native known by his family and friends as Theodore
LeVardis Mercer was appointed the name Kamui in his adolescent years.
Kamui brings true meaning to his name “The Chosen One.” His versatility earns him a prominent place in the rap game. After years in the making Kamui is exploding on the scene as an emcee who is not to be played with.
