Original music of the rock genre, movies, books, my kitties, my friends meeting new people who are open minded and have definate views in regards to their own dreams/goals/desires in life..

 I still love the music I grew up with as well as music before my era... mostly into anything new and 'un-sullied' by the corporate machines at this time.

I'm a 'rocker' at heart  but love to listen to all types of music  including all genres of rock  jazz,  blues,  rap,  hip hop,  classical,  newer country even and I even appreciate some forms of techno if mixed well with non reptitive sound.

Pop music bores me... but I guess I can handle some of it... I'm talking the stuff we are forced to hear now. Like Spears  and her ilk... untalented pretty people bore me to death.

Talented innovative people invigorate me and restore my faith in music and humanity.



 

 There are so many I love... from Field Of Dreams to Night of the Living Dead... from Gone With the Wind to Clerks...

I'd say some of my all time favs are Breakfast Club (yes I'm a child of the '80's)  Raising Arizona,  Fried Green Tomatoes,  Better Off Dead... to name a few.

I like comedies  dramas,  action,  scary,  horror,  hsitorical,  and some romance where movies go.

I'm pretty ecclectic in my tastes in any form of art and entertainment.  

 Don't get to watch much anymore these days... but I love M.A.S.H  Seinfeld,  Friends,  ER,  All In The Family... not too many dramas or shows that require a weekly viewing to keep up to date.

Reality tv  bores me... but I do enjoy The Simple Life and The Apprentice... it's just funny to see people do and say the things I would if I had the ability to just not really worry about things that normal people have to worry about. 

 LOL... I like to ride on bikes (Harley types)  love the water and boating  camping as well.

Checking out older towns and cities and their history as well and antiques.

Would love to do more of this.. but time and circumstance constrains me these days.

I feel greed and corporate monopolies have ruined the American ideal of freedom and the ability for anyone to 'make it' who has morals and a conscience.

This nation was born under the ideals of men (and women, but that was an era where not too many women were mentioned) who were tired of the tyranny of a country they were once 'owned' by.

Those men/women.. fought for their freedom from that and ours as well... too bad freedom has been misused, distorted and now is being reigned in because of some people's own agendas. Not meaning the misusers.. but those who seek to try to take MY country back to the era when all that was important was fame, fortune and all that crap.

My only agenda is to live my life by the moral standards I have... things like, help others, support yourself, reach for your goals.. but don't step on people or kiss up to people to do so.

I live by the 'golden rule'... I treat others the way I would like and expect to be treated. Don't expect my respect or allegiance or what not if you can not do the same for me.

Don't try to tell me how to live my life if yours is not in anyway the kind of life I aspire to.

Yeah.. I'm pretty opinionated.

Lastly .. there is never any need for conflict of any kind, unless a loved one is being threatened directly. If that is the case.. make sure your facts are straight and you have the conflict (preferably just verbal) with the appropriate person or entity. Nothing is more pathetic than 'picking a fight' with an adeversary that had naught to do with your grievance. Even if they are an abonimation to your personal feelings.
