Mario dela Torres is the premier Tejano "Chill Out" "Trip Hop", "Ambient" music artist on the planet earth. Tejano Classical, Rock, and Blues music and a computer science degree have defined the audio alchemist that is Mario dela Torres. Although not considered a "guitar shredder" Mario has been featured "head to head" along side of Andy Timmons. Mario's music works are often described as epic powerful, majestic, beautiful, inspired and unique. During his career he has been featured on the MTV Basement Tapes 7 Ball Magazine's "Unsigned Artist who Rock" publication and the Lighthouse 21 video show. He has also worked with Phillips Craig, and Dean, Mikaila, Ted Pearce, and Rohn Bailey. It was during the recording of Big Bethuselah's "Human Sacrifice" and Rohn Bailey's "inneractive" album(s) that Mario was introduced to the world of the Digital Audio Workstation (DAW). Mario's love of computers and electronic music was the perfect catalyst for his unique style of music. Mario is currently in the studio working on his 3rd solo release.
