The unique OverlorD sound combines the hard-hitting heavy metal riffs of Metallica with the intricate guitar works of Iron Maiden and the ferocity of the D-Day invasion of Normandy.
OverlorD has graced stages with such nationally known acts as Damageplan, Drowning Pool, Static X, Foghat, Molly Hatchet, Blue Oyster Cult, 40 Below Summer and Rob Rock.
Founded by lead singer and guitarist Michael “Toast” Rose, OverlorD added Dave Girrbach to the lead guitar position, followed by Bruce Jones on bass guitar and vocals. Known for his complex and creative drumming style and techniques, Wayne “Drumzilla” Thomas joined the band in Fall 2005 to complete the current OverlorD lineup.
