Then there is a Christmas cd where I improvise on those carol tunes. Also I have two separate cd's of hymns - improvising on the tunes of those wonderful familiar hymns. The newest CD is now ready - entitled "Jazz Images". It has piano compositions I have written in the jazz idiom. They are not improvised are not on familiar tunes - it's all orginal and every note is written down. ,

Playing the piano, composing (I have done a lot of choral music and some instrumental music in addition to music for the piano) singing in choirs and teaching piano. I love doing all of those things because it is never dull and boring. There is always something new to be learned - either new music or a new concept - in playing and/or teaching and writing. Any time you reach a musical goal you have set another world opens up from there. It's wonderful
