As part of the group Visions of a Nomad silvana has traveled the world performing in some of the most prestigeous theatres and venues. From a young age she developped an interest in dance and music started to play the organ and was surrounded by a family that liked to tap on tables pretending it to be a drum kit mum, loved singing and tap dance and dad played the harmonica like a dream as well as piano accordeon.
Two brothers ended up as percussionist and later on she also tried out the drum kit and conga's and noticed she a talent for feeling that rhytm. She also sings and writes her own songs . In her twenties she moved away from her home country Holland and has been living in Australia where she since day one has been involved in the arts.
Silvana is also involved in the highly succesful touirn show ARC dreaming involving Aboriginal and Contemporary music and dance combined and will be touring the U.S.A in 2007, |
