My family has a lot of artists and singers. It would seem I take after this trait. I have been making up songs since I can barely remember as a child. I love writing music, but more so when working with other artists. I just love the vibe and synergy that is created during jams! Dig it!
I do this because of the deep passion for music and writing. Fame does not concern me, my motives are purely musical. While some might judge this, in my heart I know that the true artist writes music whether anyone hears it or not. This is me. The songs I have written are so many, I do not know where to begin in posting a song here. I have tons of unreleased material.

What's up...
My band Beatseed which I write and sing in is the first to mention.
http://www.beatseed.com
I am also co-producing Sean VanDommelen with Bass Boy Music (ASCAP). I am singing some backup tracks and playing piano on some of his songs.
Soul Snax Music my publishing co. w/ASCAP also co-produced Saltwater featuring Seattle area's renound guitarist/songwriter Victor Sheneman. You can hear a song by Saltwater on Bass Boy's profile here (you can also listen to Sean VanDommelen and Beatseed at the link):

Things to note:
MTV's Real World used 9 Beatseed songs on various episodes and seasons.
Beatseed's "Under the Clear" made #1 for the year in KGRG's charts for local music.
Beatseed's "Moonboots" was used on a Donald Glaude release Sampling the Future distributed by Warner Brothers. Thrive Records released Moonboots later as a single. Moonboots charted in CMJ's RMP charts.
Beatseed was featured in 2 independent films "The Party" produced by Eric Bolton and "Raves The Experience" which won #1 Independent film in the Canadian Film Festival. Approximately 80% of the "Raves The Experience" soundtrack was Beatseed's music.
Beatseed gathered more hype by opening up for Jurrasic 5 at Seattle's The Showbox Theatre an event sponsored by KUBE 93.3 FM. |
