Spaseboy is jesse allen anderson. Born on November 11th to Victoria Lynn in Minneapolis,Mn. & Grew up in the Northwest Suburbs of Minneapolis Mn and moved to California blindly without knowing anyone. "I just packed up my nova that i bought for $350 and drove it 2000+ miles ALONE with a cheap radio,no cassette deck and a radiator leak in the middle of July.. Everyone told me it'd never make it.." -he says with a half-smile. Spaseboy resided in Long Beach for a year and a half he worked and he lived with the love of his life which he met only three months after living there.. And when they broke up -he "broke down" and couldnt cope with his sentimental nostalgia.. "..I couldn't stop crying for 7 days. I really thought that my life was over. At that time I wrote the songs and music for about 2 or 3 gloomy albums. The one song that really reminds me of that era is 'My eyes; A Fountain' from '333' ..so much for pointing out the obvious,huh?" he states as he jabs me with his elbow. From LBC to the streets of Hollywood,CA where he found himself down and out homeless, starving, and broke with no motivation to find a job or deal with the reality of his situation he escaped to the comfort of random chaos and instability which led him to the "Voltures" of Hollywood where he would be tested and challenged for the next 5 years to suffer the epitomical fate of the scum of the earth -a.k.a.- STREET-KID. He was able to draw from this experience the inspiration that influences much of his lyrics and music. After developing his 'thick skin' and paying his dues he meets an Angel of GOD who offers him the help he needed to build a foundation for the first time in his life.. And should he fall; the support to get back up was always in his shadow.. "I was afraid at first like a beat dog but he was actually inspired by my art & poetry & in a position to help me. He saw my vision and started having dreams and such great wonderful advice.. He truly is an Angel and a beautiful artist himself. I woulda been stuck on stupid circling the block again for the millionth time and going to jail for stupid sh*t if he hadnt opened up his home to me to just be creative and live without strings." -This was a recent event in the solar system that Spaseboy revolves in.. SOon we should expect to hear this truly unique artist on the radio in the stores, on news stands, in the paper, in reviews, magazines, from major labels, and even sooner on the internet or being talked about over lunch in the cafeteria.. This is an artist that has the potential and courage to start a revolution & Change the world in the midst of an era whose generation has been dying for it since the middle of the 90's. And you just feel it when you see him perform Live playing his guitar without effort.. upside-down and backwards (just like Hendrix) and wailing his vocal chords at the emptiness of a room that fills with a vibe that demands your attention.
