    We want you to be happy with your order. If your product is defective, or if Music Forte sent an incorrect item as OUR error, we give you 30 days from the date we shipped your order to return a product purchased from us for either a store credit or a refund of the purchase price - your option.

    Returned products must be in original condition with no markings, folded or creased pages.

    Any product returned in less than "like new" condition may be refused refund. Due to manufacturer restrictions, media and software products (such as videos, DVD's, CDs, cassettes, and floppy disks) must be unopened in their original manufacturer-sealed plastic shrink-wrap to be returnable.

    Please include a copy of your packing slip and a brief explanation of the reason for your return and/or the defect in the product. Delivery confirmation and insurance on your return are strongly recommended.
