The combination of styles from Charles Buccola (lead vocals/rhythm guitar), Anthony Capriotti (bass/vocals) and Mark Cimino (drums/mixing) resulted in the creation of music that is catchy, fun to listen to, and even more fun to watch. The Post Scripts’ music is best categorized as “alternative rock,” consisting of mainly a mix of rock, blues, punk, funk, and other good stuff. There are several important reasons behind the album title of “Songs You Can Eat Cake To.” A beautiful reason is that cake is one of the very few commodities on Earth that can bring together anyone, regardless of their race, age, gender, or any other differences, and form the realization that everyone has something in common with everyone else; and that’s the ability to have an enjoyable experience. Another reason behind the album title is that you can, in fact, eat cake to each individual song on the album. This theory has been tested by the members of T.P.S.
