Despite all the talk of "we", Music Forte is owned and operated by one person - me! My name is Greg Percifield. I have been running Music Forte for almost 10 years now. Music Forte is a registered S-Corporation in the state of Illinois.
For quite a while, I had been under the impression that it was best to give the polished presentation of a big corporate entity. But the truth is, that is not who "we" are. Music Forte is located in a small town, and run by a regular guy with 2 kids, a few cats and a dog. I am a musician - most likely we have something in common as such. You can learn more about me on my blog.
What does all this mean to you? Basically, that we can keep things simple. If there is a problem with your order, I will be the guy responsible, and I will do my best to correct any problems. If you receive fantastic service, I will be the guy to stand in the spotlight and take the applause.
